"The house was spotless with updated features, and located in a quiet little neighborhood. We loved having two separate sitting rooms and the large kitchen table! The owner provided many nice little touches (a variety of pods for the coffee maker!) and made everything so easy. We would definitely recommend."

"My husband and I loved this property. It was lovely and comfortable. The home was spacious and very family-friendly.One observation: there is a school around the corner, and the pick-up/drop-off line runs right in front of the home. Therefore, if you stay Monday-Friday while school is in session, it can be challenging to leave the driveway, especially in the morning. The home itself was very clean and comfortable; however, I rated the cleanliness a 4/5 due to pet excrement found in the backyard. We understand that spring is the time when missed messes are found; therefore, it did not affect our enjoyment. "

"Our stay was amazing. Place was very nice clean and well kept. Pictures do not do it justice. Latrice the host is extremely nice easy to work with and very communitive. Within walking distance of a "outdoor mall" with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also within 10 to 20 minutes of very popular Dayton attractions.100% with out a doubt would recommend and definitely would stay again."

The property was in a great shape, very convenient for our larger group to hang out in the mornings and evenings. The location was closer to a lot of different stores and restaurants than I expected. It worked perfect for our group and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is unsure. "
