Lo q ha pasado es q las fotos no reflejan la realidad. Hotel cerca de calle transitada(ruidoso) , piscina en mal estado y sucia a su alrededor debido a obra, cuartos súper básicos. La comida era buena y el servicio aceptable. Se tiene q mejorar el estado del hotel urgente xq esta caído.

Una buena experiencia la de Plaza del bosque, es el lugar al que siempre regreso cada vez que voy a Tarapoto. Lo único que ahora me fastidio es que la reserva la hice mediante hoteles.com y me saco la tarifa de $42 pero al final me cobraron $50 como la factura me la enviaron via correo ya no tuve como reclamar. Fuera de eso todo super bien.
