Part of that is our ignorance yet as guests we would think it woulb be helpful if you provided a map of the area around you and were to go on foot or by vehicle. "When we originally checked in the front desk put a hold on our credit card for a certain amount which is fine, 24 hours later they put another hold 4x 5”that amount. We did not sighn for the second amount or otherwise it. They said that they fixed it but they didn’t. We checked out and then they tried to run our cc again for another amount even though they already had two amounts pending on hold. Didn’t refill water bottles. Didn’t get tooth brush’s and such until the last day. "
