Excellent location, in the heart of Kazimierz, short walking distance to Old Town attractions. Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable hotel. Very good breakfast.

Here's a shorter version: --- We stayed at Bonerowski Hotel with our 1.5-year-old and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and caring — when our room had some issues, they quickly helped us switch to a different one without any hassle. The location is amazing, and the whole place felt genuinely toddler-friendly. We'd happily stay here again with our little one!

The -1 floor garden suite is perfect. If you are trying to decide between it and any other place in town, just book it. You will not be disappointed. It is charming, cozy, comfortable, beautifully designed and decorated, well-stocked, and the terrace is gorgeous. Note that if you are 6’ or taller, there is a beam in the bedroom you might whack your head on. The only negatives – apart from the beam – were no face cloths – unfortunately, rather common in Europe, and the pillows were not comfortable. The large ones are too high for a comfortable sleep, and the other alternatives were very small. Something in between would be “just right”. There is a code to access the front door and your own room - an excellent system to avoid losing keys and cards. I can’t say enough about how helpful and gracious the staff were – especially Hannah, who made our stay the perfect 4 days that it was. The breakfast spot, Coffee & Wine, is 2 mins walk away, less than 2 blocks. It’s a cute place with excellent food. The hotel is adjacent to the beautiful Planty Park that surrounds the teardrop-shaped old town. A 15 min walk through the east side of the park will take you to Wawel Castle. It is a 5 to 7 min walk to the main square – close enough for frequent easy trips there yet just far enough away to avoid the noise of late night revelers. The location will also allow vehicles to pull up right in front. Schlepping your suitcases over cobblestones not required. Highly recommended.

Good, clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning, so you need to keep the window open. Since the hotel is located on a busy tourist street, it can be quite noisy at night. The hotel does provide earplugs, though. No magnet room keys either. Quite uncomfortable to care key with a knob in pocket and they provide only one. There is internet but the signal is low and speed is slo w.
