This cozy, newly built, very bright apartment features a small balcony overlooking Tarifa's main avenue and its own parking space in the same building. A true luxury in Tarifa that will make your stay immensely easier. Located in the heart of Tarifa, just a three-minute walk from the Old Town Arch and a short walk from the beach (approximately 400 meters). Ideal for couples, but still able to comfortably accommodate four people.
It features a bedroom with a large double bed and a fold-out Italian-style double sofa bed with a thick, large mattress in the living room.
The apartment is designed to provide you with everything you need to enjoy your time in Tarifa and feel right at home.
A convenient location and parking space are also provided, along with a comfortable interior with air conditioning/heating, a modern kitchen with utensils and crockery, a refrigerator and freezer, an induction hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a Smart TV.
