Precious Villa with swimming pool and spacious garden with beautiful, well-maintained vegetation. It is ideal for your family holidays, as it has this ample space to enjoy the outdoors and is very close to the coast. Additionally, it has wonderful views towards the mountain, the Camarinal Lighthouse and the spectacular crystal-clear water beaches of Atlanterra.
This villa has a rustic style and features two floors, very well distributed.
On the first floor you will find the kitchen with laundry room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living-dining room with fireplace, from where you can enjoy a few days of holiday with wonderful sea views, a true luxury for your senses. Additionally, from this living room you can access a superb covered terrace, with barbecue.
On the second floor there is a third bedroom with another double bed, very spacious, with a balcony with sea views.
The location of this villa is very attractive, as access to the beach is very comfortable and easy, and can be done on foot. You can also enjoy a walk to the Camarinal Lighthouse, from where you can enjoy spectacular views, and a natural environment, surrounded by bushes, pine forests and white sandy beaches, a true paradise on the Cadiz coast.

la casa estaba a la altura de las expectativas aunque hubo que profundizar un poco en la limpieza y algunas pequeñas cosas faltaban, pero se repusieron pronto. Los agentes de Zahara-Villas muy bien, profesionalidad y eficacia.
