Lightning outside can be improved. Staff can be a little bit more welcoming. It’s a beautiful hotel in a dark street. The city can be more helpful if they put better street lights.
The bathroom is impressive due to heated floors. The room is spacious. If you request they will give you slippers to wear on the room.

Front staff and house keeping are on top of everything! Friendly, helpful and efficient! Property is clean and you can get to a lot of the tourist sights by walking. Overall excellent experience!

Clean room, staff were accommodating. Room a tiny bit small and can be seen from the gym downstairs.
Fridge didn’t work.
Not a fan of Budapest personally - nothing to do with the hotel.

The room was okay. The room is more suited for families with kids. It clearly had not been updated in many years. The food made me sick. I could not eat my dinner. That being said and I had asked them to take the dinner off my bill. They did not and I got to pay for my dinner that they clearly knew ...
