The location was everything that you need for a visit to krakow. The room was spacious. Bed comfortable and I especially enjoyed the high ceilings in the room and the very large bathroom. Mathew at the front desk was welcoming, knowledgable, and attentive. He helped research transportation options to/from Auschwitz and made valuable suggestions as it was our first time in Poland. The property is on a quiet street yet within comfortable walking distance of Wawel Castle and Market Square. The room was absolutely gorgeous as was the rest of the hotel. We used the sauna/pool and rooftop patio. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast one morning.
