"The hotel is nice and staff are friendly. The breakfast is good and the rooms / facilities clean. The WIFI is unusable though which is a big issue if I’m on a business trip. They do need to sort this out as it not in line with the rest of the experience. "

9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (42)
"The owner was a helpful man but the property missed living up to even our relatively low expectations. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were hard even by Italian standards. There was only an old fashioned and questionable bedspread. No blanket and the nights got cold. The furniture was leftover, cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast was nothing to talk about. With just a little attention, this drab, worn out and uncomfortable room could be a smash hit with its great bones and fabulous...

" The property was great. Would stay there again. The suites were worth the extra cost. Transportation was very limited. Took the local Bus to the train station to get into rome. 16 eur per person. Local resturant 2 blocks from hotel made the trip. Food was great and service was even better. Tony the host at Falcioni dal 1955 took care of us. "

"We decided to stay at Podere Giullio, because we wanted to be kind of close to the airport after getting off s flight from Sicily to Rome. The drive from the airport was a little longer than we anticipated and we did have difficulties finding the agriotouriismo ....but after some friendly directions from a lovely man just closing up his shop, we finally arrived and happy to be there. What a lovely place. We had a suite that would sleep 4 comfortably. The best part was the restaurant on the farm....

Tarchon Luxury B&B
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (25)
"Stayed April 21, 22 and left on 23rd, 2019. There is no dining room or common area (except the outside) to eat your breakfast or to lounge on a rainy day. The brunch display is in the hallway and you must go back to your room to eat. Customer service is less than desirable. The owner had told me by email to make my own taxi arrangements - which I did. The day I was leaving, the owner told me he had called for a taxi to pick me up at 10:15 a.m. I had made my arrangements for 11:00 a.m. (cruise...

"Upon checking in, the staff person insisted on seeing passports for both of us even though the reservation was in my name and I submitted mine. My roommate did not bring her passport. The staff person was insistent and rude. Finally, when I said I wanted a refund, she relented and allowed us to register. If this is a requirement they should state it clearly on their website and through Expedia."
