Location was 1/2 mile plus from listing map or listed address. Key was in lockbox around corner attached to NYC parking sign. 2nd story walkup over restaurants. Bathroom is old,w/ heavily mildewed shower,cracked tiles, chipped peeling paint & brown hole above tub. Disgusting soap dispenser.2 pipes in...

"This was an unregistered listing in violation of New York Law. Both the property management team and VRBO are violating the law. Neighbors informed us they would be calling the police. In addition the apartment door was plastered with violation notices. The external door key also was not functioning. I have asked for a refund. Terrible experience."
