"We were initially on the floor below the restaurant and during early morning there was a lot of noise of tables being moved. But as we were staying for 8 nights, they immediately upgraded us to a deluxe room which was on the 3rd floor and very quiet. All the staff were very helpful and credit goes to Vincenzo, the restaurant manager and Benjamin at the bars. They were super friendly and knew how to look after hotel guests. Breakfast was good and they would cook omelettes on request, but it lacked grilled/boiled vegetables(which we have seen in most places). Otherwise, plenty of variety! Cakes to die for and different types of teas. Also, options for lactose free milk and a few gluten free options. The hotel is ideally located to walk to Vico Enquense station(12 mins walk, 2 stops on Bus 009) from where you can catch regular trains to Pompeii/Sorrento/Naples etc. We also tried dinner one night, but were not impressed with the flavour and quality of the vegetarian main course(starters and desserts were great)"

"I had a lovely stay. Staff was very accommodating. I especially liked the complementary shuttle service to the center of town and the train station. Only downside was that a wedding party had taken over the place and no food was available except pizza in the bar. Also the pool is not heated so no one could enjoy it. How about getting some solar heating??"

Breakfast on its own is Michelin worthy! The cheese selection alone is worth staying at Villa Ketty! Personal touches and attention to detail are a reflection of the owners fantastic taste! Memories to last a lifetime!"

"Despite its location away from the town and coast, this is an excellent hotel. The staff on the reception desk are very friendly and extremely helpful. In the bar and restaurant the staff are charming and try to make everything possible. Breakfast is comprehensive and the bar and restaurant have something for everyone. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with a view of Vesuvius to die for! There is a shuttle bus to go to Seiano and Vico Equense. The times may not be very often, but they fit with boat trips to the Amalfi Coast (arranged by reception). Unfortunately, the road going past the hotel was extremely busy when we were there (at the end of September) - often blocked solid, and the road coming out of the hotel parking is extremely dangerous and quite frightening. It is really only possible to leave in the direction of Sorrento, find somewhere to turn and come back again to go towards Naples. This is the only negative point I can find."

Our room was always clean, the breakfast was OUTSTANDING and the shuttle was super helpful. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay a beautiful memory."
