"Clean, spacious, comfy beds, all amenities and quiet! Great view too. We spent 3 nights, it’s a short drive to Hobart and also to the Port Arthur region. The nearby town of Sorell has plenty of grocery shopping and pubs for eating. The tavern a walk from the house has awesome meals."

"I booked this accommodation for both the first and last nights of my trip to Tasmania, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Upon arrival, the property was in an unacceptable state: unclean and unhygienic to the point where I felt uncomfortable staying even one night. Based on the condition, I decided to cancel the final night.Unfortunately, the host refused to process the cancellation within the valid timeframe and instead deflected all responsibility onto VRBO. To make matters worse, an unexpected extra payment was charged without notice, and the host refused to refund it despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. I'm currently in dispute trying to recover the money.Throughout my interactions, the host was rude and dismissive, speaking over me and offering no constructive solutions. I strongly recommend avoiding this property — it caused unnecessary stress and wasted time during what should have been a memorable trip."
