"We had a great family stay over spring break. The resort is newly renovated with clean, modern finishes, and our double king room was very spacious. The six pools were a big reason we booked and they exceeded expectations. The location is also very convenient, close to Old Town Scottsdale and everything in the area. Would happily stay here again."

"We stayed at this property for a week…very clean, comfortable, with everything my granddaughters and I needed! The kitchen amenities were plenty, including all necessary utensils. Towels, plenty and clean. Only thing I could recommend would be a few more larger cups or glasses, but this is minor…the location is perfect for exploring in every direction of the greater Phoenix area. The girls did not want to leave. If we return to Phoenix for another visit, we definitely would like to return to Rich’s home. "

"we had room booked from the 8-12th. however after arriving, and going to the room, i couldn’t stay any longer. The couch in the common area was disgusting and unfortunately after i sat on it, the entire night was spent in the shower. i was getting bit by something. i don’t want to know, we wound up booking somewhere else, and working on getting the refund. biggest issue with expedia. i cannot recommend this place at all"
