"Overall the experience was wonderful! There is golf cart transportation around the resort for those who struggle with the incline and decline of the hills. The view from the rooms are amazing! The variety of pools is also nice. I was disappointed that I couldn’t bring my own food or drink into the main pool area. I understand they have their own restaurant there, but for the fees I’m paying, I should be able to drink a soda or snack in. The room was very large and clean. The restaurants on property are also very nice; however I wish they were open later. "

"Pool was a comfortable temperature. Towels aren't available in pool area, we and others I saw had to double back to the front desk to request one. There's isn't a hot tub or much shade.We gave our ID & CC and were told we would notified when room was ready, that didn’t happen. When i went back to front desk, some folks were being given their key. I had to give my ID and CC again. Our room overlooked parking lot. Elevator is funky. Having lunch on the patio by the lake was nice."

"Staff was helpful and friendly. 2 star because we were consistently being charged “pending” fees even though our stay was paid for a month in Advance through Expedia. Totals $300 still pending and I’m home now. This messed up my trip because that’s money I needed for activities and to buy souvenirs for family. Got stuck in an elevator the call button didn’t work we had to use our personal phone to call them hoping we had signal to call. Room service missed a day of cleaning. We had trash and no new towels in the room. Our room door was really hard to open we had to use body force to push it open while scanning it. Breakfast was limited and not halal or kosher friendly . Only pork meats. "

"I was hoping I could post a good review to counter the negative ones. However, after having a door lock that had loose screws, a shower that was luke-warm at best, no TV remote....and this was just the first room we were in. Our second room had to slam the door to close and no body wash in the shower. One positive note about the room, you could take off foot calluses with your towel. Sound deadening between the rooms was pretty good, especially for what appeared to be an older building. Staff was super friendly and was quick to assist when we contacted them. Looks like Best Western just bought this property. Hopefully they will make improvements."

"Wanted to use the pool but there was so much goose poop in the water it was gross. The showers for the pool were not close to hotel for ease of access. Suggest that they put a net over the pool (like they do in Florida) to keep the birds out. It would also help if there was a door closer to the Uber lift area instead of walking from the hotel to the main door and then to the Uber area. Could eliminate 1000 yards of walking by doing this. But overall my group had a very good time there and would stay again."
