3-bedroom Futura Yacht Club condo with Fabulous Sunset views!

  • Guests looking for both comfort and room to relax will enjoy a peaceful getaway at this inviting condo set in beautiful Islamorada. The three bedrooms feature a king bed, queen bed, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds and trundles so there’s room for everyone to relax. Two bathrooms with showers (guest bath also has a tub) add convenience to your stay. Air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable year-round. Wi-Fi is included.
    Boaters love the convenience of the marina and easy access to either the Atlantic Ocean or Florida Bay. The large, heated swimming pool is a favorite hangout for guests.
    Unwind with a sunset view after a day of adventure or enjoy a quiet morning on the balcony. This is an excellent choice for your vacation!

    Boat slips are available for $200/week or $250 holiday week. We will need proof of $300,000 in property damage liability insurance prior to arrival. Please let us know if you will need a slip and we will add it to your booking.

    *Please note :Futura charges $50 for bringing a boat onto the property and $150 for using the boat ramp and trailer storage – payable directly to Futura at check in. They do not accept cash. This is a one-time charge and in addition to the slip rental*

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Boat slips are $200/week. $250 holiday. Insurance is required. Futura then charges $150 for trailer storage and $50 to bring boat on property
4-5 days prior to your arrival, we will email instructions on where to pick up your gate cards. You will need those to enter the Futura gate.
Check out is 10am Leave gate cards on the dining room table when you depart. Please do not leave wet towels in the washer or dryer
