"Staff is very nice helpful, but they're not on site to get your room keys, that is at a different address. The room was great facing the ocean and the mangroves. There was a hint of cigarette smoke in my bathroom, I'm a non-smoker. Definitely recommend a stay."

"We have never stayed on a boat before so this was an interesting and exciting way to spend our anniversary trip! The only downside is the listing didn't specify the AC having about eight or so hours of runtime before generator fuel ran out. However, Kelly was a top tier host who showed genuine care for our comfort and enjoyment and refilled the gas for us no questions asked. The boat itself is extremely fun, well decorated and outfitted. The top deck is amazing for sunrise and sunset. We brought groceries and cooked/enjoyed dinner and breakfast just like in our own kitchen. Because it's anchored it's always facing the wind and the large front and rear windows provided a good breeze throughout. We enjoyed taking the dingy to and from shore (less than a 5 min ride) and never had a problem with weather delaying that trip. Instead of another hotel room or condo we left with unique memories we'll have for the rest of our lives. Thanks Kelly!"

"If this place was renovated or updated it would be really nice. We had to switch rooms because the air conditioning had a loud whistling sound. The staff were really nice about the change which we appreciated. There were a lot of mosquitos around the property. The nearby water is pretty and we saw a gorgeous sunset. You probably wouldn't want to go swimming though because the water is filled with seaweed. It's more of a sit by the pool and water place, not really a beach go in the water place. Overall, it was probably beautiful when it was new but could use some work."
