Located in Mancaversa close to the sea (250 mt) and the sandy beaches of Gallipoli (Lido Pizzo, Swine, Picador, Green Bay, Zen, Samsara ...)
The apartment has two air conditioned bedrooms, large living room with sofa bed for one and a half and additional beds on request, kitchenette, LCD TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine, outdoor shower, large garden in the exclusive competence, provided with a wooden gazebo, furnished with tables, umbrellas and barbecue for outdoor dining, private parking.
The house, newly built, enjoying the view of the sea and the proximity of a small municipal pine wood, and is located in a strategic position for traveling:

WALKING - you can reach both the beach (250 mt ca sandy coves alternate with low rocks) that the center with various shops and services (restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, bars, fish shop, newsagent, tobacconist, famacia, first aid, sports center with tennis courts and football pitches, children's playground and all you need to brighten up your holiday).

CAR - you can reach the most famous beaches of Gallipoli (Lido Pizzo 1km, Tip of Swine / Picador 3 km, 6 km Green Bay, Gallipoli center 8 km) and the main town of Salento (45 km Otranto, S. Maria di Leuca 35 km, 35 km Porto Cesareo, Lecce 45 km).

At 100 meters there is also the bus stop (Salento In Bus), which connects the marina with the shores of Gallipoli and the main cities of Salento.

Bellissima vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato per quindici giorni in questo appartamento. Il proprietario è molto gentile, simpatico e sempre disponibile per un consiglio o una necessità. La casa, semplice ma dotata di tutto il necessario è vicina a tutti i servizi e in posizione strategica per visitare i luoghi meravigliosi del Salento!

super vacances .....!!!!

Nous avons été reçues par M. et Mme MANNI dans une maison spacieuse, claire et très propre. Tout le nécessaire y est et, si besoin, les propriétaires sont très gentils et très à l'écoute. Nous avons profité de la terrasse et du petit jardin pour prendre tous nos repas. Environnement calme, petite supérette à deux pas, et GEAS, supermarché un peu plus conséquent un peu plus loin. La place de Lido Pizzo, offre une eau turquoise à température idéale ..... Les villes de Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto, Santa Maria de Leuca sont à moins d'une heure de route. Cerise sur le gâteau, il a fait un temps magnifique !!!! Que demander de plus ?

Magnifique séjour passé dans les pouilles dans une très belle maison neuve spacieuse avec toit terrasse vue sur mer, jardin et barbecue. De très beaux volumes très agréables à vivre avec un propriétaire disponible pour vous aider. Maison à recommander avec accès à la mer au bout de la rue.

Soggiorno stupendo

Abbiamo soggiornato tre settimane in questo appartamento. Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi nel verificare che la casa corrispondeva esattamente alle fotto pubblicate. L'appartamento e fresco pulito e in ottimo stato, ideale per una famiglia con figli. Il proprietario è molto disponibile, ci ha fornito delle indicazioni utilissime per il nostro soggiorno. Il paese è tranquillo e in posizione ottimale per eventuali gite nelle famose Maldive del sud. Consiglierò sicuramente questa soluzione ad amici e parenti.

Bellissima casa per le vacanze

Ottima casa per le vacanze, abbiamo trovato tutto come da descrizione, pulita e curata in ogni aspetto, i mobili erano essenziali e funzionali e lo spazio a disposizione sia interno che esterno è veramente ben sfruttato. Il padrone di casa, Virgilio, è veramente cortese e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli sul paese e le zone vicine rendendo la nostra vacanza sicuramente più comoda indicandoci dove trovare tutto. Il paese è ben servito e dalla casa in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge qualunque negozio/forno/edicola e servizi vari. Un saluto e grazie ancora a Virgilio e sua moglie che ha allietato il soggiorno.

Casa vacanze perfetta

Siamo stati solamente 5 giorni ma abbiamo potuto godere al massimo sia la casa che lo splendido Salento. La casa efficientemente pulita con tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria (lavatrice praticamente nuova compresa) è stata da noi apprezzata moltissimo - abbiamo gradito sia l'interno che l'esterno (curato direttamente dal Sig. Virgilio e dalla moglie). I proprietari sono stati veramente gentili e, senza essere invasivi, sempre presenti ad ogni eventuale nostra necessitá. Il luogo risulta essere l'ideale per visitare sia le famose spiagge del Salento che le cittá circostanti (Gallipoli ad esempio è veramente bella). Cogliamo anche l'occasione per ringraziare pubblicamente i padroni di casa che ci hanno accolto con una cordialitá incredibile. Non appena ci sarà possibile torneremo sicuramente e consigliamo questo posto a tutti quelli che vogliono conoscere questi splendidi luoghi!

La casa vacanza ideale!

Casa pulita, ampia, fornita di tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Posizione ottima per visitare le vicine città di Gallipoli e Lecce e le spiagge stupende del Salento e, in particolare, la Baia Verde (Punta Pizzo, Punta della Suina...) Il proprietario, il sig. Virgilio, è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno per cenare e per goderci appieno la vacanza. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Che dire perfetto, appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Situato in posizione strategica per poter visitare tutto il Salento, una terra incantevole e un mare con dei colori stupendi, tutto condito dalla gentilezza del sig. Sono appena tornato da 3 settimane passate in questa casa con la mia famiglia,la casa ha un unico difetto, la descrizione di questa inserzione non le rende giustizia, è praticamente perfetta, spaziosa tutto nuovo e funzionante e ben tenuto, non c'è stato nessun disagio e nessun bisogno di spirito di adattamento. Rinnovo i complimenti al gentilissimo e disponibilissimo padrone di casa, il signor Virgilio. Ora mi rivolgo a te che stai leggendo questa mia recensione; se sei arrivato fino a qui vuol dire che questa abitazione corrisponde alle tue esigenze, non fartela scappare perchè il web e' pieno di annunci " bufala " che possono arrivare fino a rovinarti la vacanza che hai aspettato per un anno.

FANTASTICO SALENTO

ho appena terminato una spendida settimana di vacanza nell'appartamento del signor Virgilio e non posso che esserne entusiasta. non e' il primo anno in Salento ma non conoscevo marina di mancaversa. L'appartamento era assolutamente in ordine e pulito. Bello e rifinito. Ho persino visto le finali mondiali sul televisore di casa. Il sig Virgilio e' stato un proprietario attento, cordiale e disponibile oltre che presente all'esigenza. Prezzi in linea con il mercato e con l'appartamento offerto. Apprezzato anche il gazebo e lo spazio giardino. Bello poi poter arrivare in spiaggia a piedi in pochi istanti saranno 300 mt circa... in zona numerosi ristoranti,pizzerie e bar oltre che supermercati. unico neo del paese manca un bancomat che si puo' trovare a Taviano 7km nell'interno. Mia moglie e le mie 3 figlie sono rimaste contente dell'appartamento e del mare splendido. unico miglioramento che mi viene in mente e' l'acquisto di 2 sdraio o lettini per godersi il sole anche in giardino o sul terrazzo. consiglierei senz'altro il paese e il signor Virgilio garanzia di correttezza. difatti forse ci verra' mio fratello...se volete visitare il salento ionico questo e' un riferimento sicuro....
