Villa Benedicta is a bright and elegant villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Benedicta you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Benedicta is 340 square meters (3660 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Taviano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Punta della Suina beach) at 6.3 km (roughly 3.9 miles).
You will reach Villa Benedicta from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Benedicta you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5.5 meters (18 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.30 meter (4.3 feet) to 1.40 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

Patio
The patio is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic wood roof. It is equipped with armchairs and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet). From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include two armchairs, a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance) and a desk. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). There is a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has two windows.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a small wood-fired pizza oven. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has three single beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through a corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a table that can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a large window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
Top LevelTerrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the fifth bedroom. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the greenery.
Bedroom 5
The fifth bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
