Enjoy meals together at the dining table, while the modern kitchen has everything you need, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and handy appliances. Two peaceful bedrooms at the rear offer a quiet retreat, both air-conditioned and with fitted wardrobes. The king-size bedroom features its own ensuite, and a second bathroom serves the other bedroom.

Step outside onto the balcony and soak in the charm of Mato Santo Espírito. It's a lovely spot for morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply enjoying the calm neighborhood atmosphere. At the rear of the apartment, Guests have the use of a swimming pool exclusively reserved for residents

Set in a tranquil residential corner, the apartment is just a short stroll from cafés and restaurants offering great food. A supermarket is 900m away for any essentials. A 25-minute walk takes you to Tavira's historic center, where you can explore the town's sights, taste local cuisine, and catch the riverside ferry to the island's golden sandy beaches.

ACCESS & PARKING

This is private accommodation, and guests will have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. The apartment is located on the first floor, with elevator access to both the property and the underground car parking. A private parking space is allocated within the building.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

•AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

•Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

•You will verify your personal details.

•You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
