Located near the little village of Picota only 8 km from Tavira.

The Villa was built in 2013. Furnished and equipped with high standards.
A/C in every room, Sat TV, Wi-Fi and private pool.
Large outside seating area near the pool with plenty of shade and sun beds.
The terrace leading from the living room faces south and has table, chairs and a gas BBQ perfect for al-fresco dining.
The view is incredible.

Casa dos Perdizes is built on 1 level only. The main house has a living-room, very well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with private shower rooms and 1 guest toilet.
The 3rd bedroom is a spacious Anex with private shower room only 10 meters away from the front door.

The access to the Villa includes a short drive ( 800 meters), down a well maintained dirt track.

The property is managed by Casa Serviço - a family company who specialize in managing professional holiday lettings in the Eastern Algarve, with office in Tavira, since 1989.

Beautiful house in the Tavira hills

This is a beautiful house in the peaceful hills outside Tavira with 3 en-suite bedrooms, a spacious comfy lounge and very well equipped kitchen. Also a lovely private pool and several outdoor seating areas. We had a fantastic couple of weeks there with our two teenage sons. The house was spotlessly clean and communication and support from Emma the property manager was excellent. It’s about 10-15 mins drive into Tavira and parking is easy (and free) as you enter the town. Tavira is a lovely small town with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars and a couple of beaches (via a short ferry ride). Highly recommended.

Fantastic

Fantastic family holiday at this property in July. Lovely villa, up in the hills, 15 minute drive from Tavira. Enough room for us all, 2 adults & 2 adult children. A home away from home. Only 1 slight negative, the fridge could do with an update but everything else, just perfect. *One thing of special note are the Property Managers, Emma & Anna. Emma particularly went above & beyond for us, right at the beginning of our holiday & the problem wasn't even related to the property. Absolutely recommend Casa Servico.

Wir waren begeistert vom Haus, es ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Bei der ersten Fahrt über den Schotterweg zum Haus waren wir uns nicht sicher, ob wir richtig sind. Aber es hat alles gepasst! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

"Amazing" séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison conforme aux photos. Aucun bruit, vue sur la mer au loin, et les étoiles le soir, sans pollution lumineuse. On se sent seul au monde et à 15 mn de tout en voiture. Emma et Violetta sont adorables et font tout pour que votre séjour se passe bien. On espère y retourner !

A lovely stay !

My wife and 3 daughters had a fantastic week in this lovely villa - everything was as it looks and it is in a lovely spot - one note i would make is it is down a bumpy off road track so be careful if using a brand new hire car!!.. any issues we had were quickly resolved. We would certainly return and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you!

Casa fantástica e equipara com tudo o que pudéssemos precisar!

A nossa estadia foi muito agradável e os miúdos adoraram. A única coisa que ficamos mais desapontados foi o facto de um dos quartos ser anexo coisa que não estava explicado no anúncio. Mas de resto foi tudo muito bom! Vale a pena o caminho é a distância da praia para estar num local onde realmente se pode descancar. Recomendo a quem quiser descancar com crianças.

Lovely Villa in the Tavira Hills

The villa definitely lived up to our expectations during our recent stay. It is modern, Scandi chic in decor and is quite spacious with different pretty sitting, dining and relaxing areas outside with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Glimpses of the sea in the distance. The pool was great and very pleasant on a hot, sunny day, again plenty of sun beds and towels are provided. The villa is fully equipped with all kitchen gadgets/ utensils one could require and a Smart TV for Netflix etc.. WiFi signal was fairly fast. The drive down to Tavira, which is a pretty place with a historical centre and many restaurants and supermarkets,took about 20 minutes. You definitely need a car to stay here as it is a little remote. After you leave the road up from the town you then drive along a dirt track for 3/4 minutes. There are other detached villas dotted around, however, it is a very private setting. We visited a number of the surrounding beaches and they were clean, not crowded and some had cafe facilities etc... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as it was so relaxing and tranquil. We would return.

Spacious house in an ideal location

We have returned from a two-week stay at this spacious house. The modern house with well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms has everything we needed including Wi-Fi. It is clean with all facilities you require. It is in an ideal location with lovely views, just ten minutes by car to the beautiful town of Tavira and it is a gateway to so many beautiful spots along the Algarve. A perfect choice for people wanting to relax, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside. We had a tremendously relaxing holiday at this house and would have no hesitation returning.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Garten

Wir können dieses schöne und gepflegte Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir haben dort zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet, voll klimatisiert und der schöne Garten mit Pool bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen! Mit dem Auto sind Tavira und die schönen Strände schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Betreuung durch die Agentur (Emma und Ingeburg) war einwandfrei und sehr nett! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
