  • Modern 2 bedroom duplex apartment with three bathrooms, two en suite, adequately furnished to provide better comfort on your holiday stay, with very large areas and terraces on two floors with sea view. Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a modern kitchen. Espresso Coffee Machine (Nespresso Capsules). Air conditioning in all divisions. The bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with a double bed, have floating floors, with fitted wardrobes in oak wood, and both give access to the surrounding sea-view terrace. The room is very large, consisting of two living and dining areas, is equipped with fireplace with wood burning stove to allow a more comfortable environment, access to the main terrace overlooking the sea. The sofa bed is convertible to double bed. It is equipped with TV with HDMI and DVD as well as cable TV with free WIFI box and broadband. Has private parking space in the basement which is accessed by the apartment, by command.
    To go to the beach you will not need a car as the apartment is located right by the sea, in the urbanization of Aldeia Formosa, one of the best developments in the typical village of Cabanas de Tavira far from the hustle and bustle of the major tourist centers.
    The surrounding area is filled with a diverse range of excellent golf courses (Benamor, Quinta da Ria and Castro Marim), restaurants with a gastronomic offer based on the Mediterranean and international diet, bars, shops and famous Cabanas beach within easy reach. . NO PETS ALLOWED.

We (4 adults) spent one week at Cabanas and we really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment was exactly like we expected, like shown in the pictures and even more. Marta gave us a very warm welcome and the communication throughout our stay was very pleasant and friendly. She even made some very nice recommendations of places to visit and was very helpful with questions that we had. We definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come someday!

Property was nice and in a reasonably good location, however farther from Tavira than anticipated. Restaurants were within easy reach but most had similiar menus. Unit was nice however lacking in basic supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. One Ensuite shower was very small and not easily accessed. Roof top patio was very nice.

Ok stay, but updates needed to the rental unit.

We rented this place for five weeks in Jan/Feb. The apartment was uncomfortably cold and the heating units very noisy. No heater in the kitchen area. The one upstairs shower is unusable as an adult cannot fit through the door. There were a number of things in disrepair although property management was attentive when informed of defective or missing items. The unit was ok, but some work would need to be done to update this apartment before we would recommend it fully.

O apartamento tem boas áreas e muitas camas (principalmente a cozinha e sala), está bem localizado, 3 casas de banho é ótimo para uma família grande, a anfitriã é muito simpática e profissional. A suite de solteiro é ótima! A melhorar: a suite de casal é muito pequena, o duche também e tem pouco espaço de arrumação. Faltam alguns utensílios de cozinha (frigideiras, talheres de sobremesa, espátulas). De resto tudo ótimo!

Great property, great location

This was a big property in a great location. Very spacious and could easily have fitted three couples. There were three bathrooms although the ensuite in the bedroom with the double bed was quite small and the shower door kept leaving its runners. This was not an issue for us as we just used the bathroom downstairs. Large living/dining room with Wi-Fi and tv. Two outside balconies coming from lounge and bedroom however these were very grubby and did not appear to have been cleaned for some time. All white goods you would want and plenty of cooking and dining equipment. Overall we were very pleased as it was only a short stroll to boardwalk and all amenities just lacking a bit of TLC on arrival.

Located in a quiet area in cabanas this well equipped and spacious apartment is yet only 3 minutes walk from all facilities, not suitable for people with mobility issues due to stairs, 100 metres from the sea and island ferry, secure underground parking, large balcony and roof terrace, well furnished, a lovely place to have a relaxing holiday.

Apartment is extremely well appointed with all facilities necessary for a 2 week stay. Location is excellent in the lovely village of Cabanas, close to the beach, restaurants, and bars, and is a great base for exploring the region and also easy access to Spain.
