"Great place on the Cornwall/Devon border, equidistant from the stuff you can do in the Southwest. The food they serve is great, as is the staff I interacted with. An EV charger in the same parking area is very helpful, as well. I was surprised that my single room didn't have a TV. The water pressure and heat when trying to shower were never consistent (but usually okay). While not a comment about this hotel, know that this area doesn't have much for stuff to do. "The Future inn in Plymouth was a fantastic choice for our stay. Helpful staff, nothing seemed to much of a problem to them. Rooms were very clean, well maintained & very big, so we were not squeezing past each other to choice like other hotels. The Breakfast may seem expensive but at all you can eat & a wide array of breakfast cereals, juices, cooked items etc, it was certainly worth the money. The location was a 10 minute drive from the city centre, nearby is a small retail park with costa/starbucks, Aldi, M&S food court. We will certainly be using this chain of hotels again."
