The hotel did not start any check ins until 4 pm. We arrived at 3:30. Got back at 4 and the lobby was full of people who were checking in. Poor.

The hotel's location was central to many tourist attractions and the staff was very helpful in making our short stay pleasant. The fitness center was well equipped, although I was unable to find towels or wipes to clean the equipment afterward. At the conclusion of our stay we were able to walk several blocks to Union Station to catch a train directly to the international airport. Overall, I would agree that the hotel's four star rating was merited, and I would definitely consider staying there again.
