Fabulous location!

Home away from home!

We love staying at Genny's place in Tawas! We have visited many times and each time we feel completely at home. The house is comfortable, clean and cute, the location is wonderful and Genny is friendly and helpful. This is one of our favorite places and we will absolutely be back.

Fantastic location, beautiful decorated home

We loved the location, decor and yard of Tawas st. It didn't sleep 10 but we made it work with air matresses..I did email some questions but never heard back...not a big deal just would have been nice.... could use some larger bowls in kitchen..We really enjoyed our vacation! Would recommend the city and Tawas house to others.

Very clean and enough room for all

Two adults and two children. Plenty of room to spread out and with great yard in a great location. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs air conditioning was iffy though it is cooler at night that close to water anyways. Our kids didn’t mind. We would definitely stay again!

The house was clean and close to the lake, the biking trails, and the business district was literally just around the corner from the house In my rush to leave I forgot some storybooks that I was reading to my granddaughter and the owner graciously mailed them back to me I would highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay

Such a beautiful house, well cleaned, everything you needed inside, close to town and the host is very friendly. Great property view for coffee on the patio and a bonfire at night looking at all the stars. Our family enjoyed our stay and will for sure stay here again.

Great stay!

This cottage had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend; plenty of space for the entire family to settle in, a huge lot with deck and fire pit, and is walking distance from town and from the beach. My family of 5 can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect property

We loved staying at Ginnys place. The house was in a wonderful part of town within walking distance to so many stores and the lake! The house was super clean and decorated beautifully. There was even crayons, paper and children’s books in the upstairs bedroom that my son loved!
