"Went 1st week of Oct, we have been here many times in the summer. Wasn’t surprised that Tiki bar was closed but very surprised the inside restaurant and bar was closed on Sunday and Mondays now. This left us no choice but to leave for breakfast and to leave for dinner or a nightcap. Also was surprised to not have a microwave in our room. But still a great place to stay overall"

"The house is very roomy and completely stocked with everything you need to start your stay. The beds were very comfortable and everything was provided. When I contacted the host with a question, she answered quickly and was very accommodating. "

"The cottage was well stocked with basic items and then some. The coffee bar had a variety to choose from. The beds were all comfortable and the living space was perfectly sized. My girls loved hanging out in the loft. The location makes you feel like you are secluded but town is just a short drive away. Everything was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this cottage for a stay in Tawas. "

"We travel here to this home with a big group every year. We all have a blast. The yard is perfect for sports and for the kids to play, we are right on Lake Huron. The house is great to accommodate our group. The house has everything we need too, down to laundry and blankets. We can’t wait to come back again next year! Thanks for a wonderful stay. "

"This little cottage is very rustic. Location is close to everything in Tawas. Had everything we needed only dowside was the stove had 2 burners we couldn't get to operate and the hot water wasn't constant and had a couple of cold showers. The views are just as posted it is the first cabin off the road so there is absolutely No breeze! It can get very warm. But we had a blast played board games at night and theres a little stereo in the corner we also brought CD's. Had a campfire saw about 12 deer which was pretty cool. We had a lot of much needed laughs!"

"I love this house. This was our second stay. It’s beautiful and quiet, with enough comfy beds and bedrooms to give everyone some privacy and rest. I love watching the lake in the morning. It’s magical. The street is friendly, a nice place to walk. It’s close to town. The kitchen is stocked, clean and easy. The water is nice and hot, and we like having the two full bathrooms. You will love the windows, view of the lake, and places to do puzzles and read. It’s a cabin that invites you to cuddle up."
