"The whole staff were wonderful. They helped us get to the Riad when our other driver didn’t show up. They were very welcoming with mint tea and cookies and they through out our stay made sure we had what we needed. When we had a 5:40 AM flight they not only arranged a driver for us, but also sent us on the way with breakfast. Truly an outstanding staff and the Riad itself is beautiful."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Riad. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The place it really gorgeous too. Our rooms had stained glass windows and hand carved furnishings. A Moroccan treasure! The food at breakfast was amazing and the rooftop dining area was the perfect way to watch the sunset over Fez. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"Un Riad exceptionnel. Le personnel était d’une gentillesse et d’une efficacité remarquables. La chambre était parfaite, j’ai même eu droit à un petit appartement avec deux chambres puisque j’ai réservé sur Expedia. Le petit déjeuner ou le dîner était vraiment parfait. Excellente nourriture et excellent service. Fatima, à la réception et même venu me chercher au point de dépôt du taxi qui ne pouvait aller plus loin dans le Riad. Le lendemain matin, puisque je partais tôt, le type à la réception, m’a même fait un petit déjeuner à emporter. Donc, en résumé, endroit, exceptionnel et service exceptionnel."

"A very beautiful hotel right outside of the medina. The pool was very nice and so were the rooms. The rooftop was nice and the food there was very good. Good location right outside of the medina."

"Lovely stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and treated us like royalty during our stay. The Riad is beautiful and well located. A bit out of the chaos but accessible by car so no need to worry about dragging your luggage miles through cobblestone."
