"This property fail to inform that whole Rustaveli street was under constraction which made going from and to the property half-hazard.and in afternoon/evening when I was in the room which probably surest way to not clean it since I was home just empty garbage containers. I had blood on my bedding last day and a half I stay September 14-15, room after my return to hotel was small and not very comfortable. Cleaning happened periodically and first night on 1st/2nd September room was cleaned but garbage containers remained full not emptied."

"Amazing stay at Riverside Hotel Tbilisi! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything was perfect from the room to the service, and the staff made us feel very welcome. A special shout-out to Vika at the front desk—she was absolutely awesome! So friendly, helpful, and professional, and she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when we return to Tbilisi. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Our stay at the Telegraph was absolutely fantastic. We were enamored by all the hotel facilities. Let’s start with the room, the layout was fantastic and we loved the little seating area where we could look onto the Main Street (ignore the construction for the time being!) The breakfast spread was even better. Every morning we would place our egg order then grab some fruits, cheese, meats and tea. Chef’s kiss! Moving onto the gym… we are hardcore workout people, so the gym met our needs. I was able to do the same exact exercises I did at home. The sled, kettlebells, rope, etc. everything I needed! I miss the gym already. Lastly, the rooftop… my friend was tired and went to bed early so I got to enjoy a tea in the evening by myself. That hour was truly one of the most memorable hours of my life. I sipped my tea, looked at the stunning view, and thought to myself how lucky am I. My life choices brought me to the very spot and I was so proud of that. Thank you for the best stay, I truly love Georgia and will be back soon!"

"Hi lovely new looking hotel, clean and modern look to it. Couple of things such as shower was broken rm 408, breakfast could definitely be better as felt like packet food and not so fresh. Also we had to slam doors to lock so felt like we woke everyone up."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are a real asset and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Our room was spotless, and we were especially impressed with how comfortable the bed and pillows were, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, very clean, and well stocked with lovely fluffy towels. Our balcony overlooked a traditional courtyard rather than the main street, which turned out to be a real bonus. Major roadworks were taking place along the entire street 24/7, but thanks to the excellent soundproofing of the windows and balcony doors, we weren’t disturbed at all and slept peacefully every night. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with a SPAR just a few doors away for drinks, snacks, and other essentials. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi."
