"We had a very nice time. Located on a beautiful beach and has a very nice pool, anda hot tub. With a pool /beachside bar. It is a smaller place than most people I think imagine for an all inclusive, but it is a small island. And I found it charming, relaxing and absolutely perfect for us. Gregory makes the best pina coladas ever lol. And every single staff member was super friendly and accommodating. I like that they have a little coffee shop with some sweet treats where you can get a latte, cappuccino, or just a regular old coffee. There are pedalboards and kayaks you can take out in the ocean, which was super fun. As well as a little miniature Golf course, shuffleboard, giant Chess And a casino. Plenty of loungers on the beach and by the pool. Every room has an ocean view patio with chairs. Waking up to see the sunsrise right from my room everyday was amazing. Most of the food at the buffet was pretty good.Some of it was great. All the bar food was yummy. I would definitely recommend getting a rental car if you can. We spent a lot of time at the resort, but we also spent a lot of time driving around to some of the beaches and shops. There is no public transportation and cabs are kind of expensive. But if you can't get one honestly, it is not a bad place to just hang out and not leave. I would definitely revisit."

"The breakfast was really nice, wish there was more food options and activities at night but overall enjoyed my stay. Some property needs work but they are doing renovations so they should be back to normal. staff nice and helpful!"

"Jin and Sung Lee were absolutely wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome—giving us a quick tour of the property and even driving us to a few nearby spots to help us get familiar with the area.The house was the perfect home base for our stay on the island, with truly amazing views that we enjoyed every day.They went above and beyond to make our trip special. Not only did they prepare the best meal we had on the island, but Jin also put on a magic show for our kids that they talked about for hours afterward.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here."

"My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights here in March and while I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel, we had an excellent experience. Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. The drive is so far out that some Uber drivers decline your ride because they do not want to drive out that far. I would def let them drive instead of renting if you are from the US. -- but with that distance comes privacy and very nice mountain/beach views! So just know what you are getting! Also, the beach access at the resort is pretty much non-existent. The waves are there, but the beach is not -- it is a shore of mostly rocks. But the food at the restaurants was really good!! And they had someone playing live music during dinner every night. The staff (Muffs, Malcom and Luis) were great. We enjoyed meeting and conversing with them at various points during the day and at the bar. I enjoyed looking off into the beach and sunset, and the privacy of this resort compared to others on the island is noteworthy. If you want to be out of the hussle and bussle and just enjoy some quiet island time -- I would recommend Grapetree. "

"We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The hosts and property manager were quickly attentive to all our needs. The house is quiet, spacious and beautifully situated. Close to all East End beaches and hiking trails. All amenities were provided for our family of 8. We would love to stay here again!"

"We had wonderful time at Reef Shores and the condo is very nice in a beautiful setting. The golf course setting makes for really pretty and very quiet surroundings. The common area pool is fine looking though we did not use it. The exterior and infrastructure features of condo and community are needing some care if one is looking for 5 star accommodations in every way. There was glitch getting past entry gate as no one was at office or gate at 4:00 on a Friday, but that’s par for island life I think. We could not reach host that one time to gain entry but made it in anyway. Communication with host was fine the rest of time.Condo is very clean and has great views. The bathrooms are small but worked fine for 2 of us. It might be bit tight for 4 people for a week. We were unable to get past Roku Home Screen on tv upstairs but didn’t really care since we were out and about most days and nights. We ate twice at a Duggans Reef across street from property and sat at bar without reservations no problem. The food and staff there were great. A definite plus for this location and east end of island. We would stay here again if just the 2 of us. "
