"The hotel can really only be accessed by car or taxi, but it is really well looked after with a very high quality of finishes throughout. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I have stayed in this hotel many times on my work trips to Naples, and will no doubt stay there again"

"Stephanie was excellent upon checking in. She's very helpful. Taxi service is very quick. Waling to the bus stop is not too long but the streets are somewhat dirty. I liked that there was towels provided for the pool. There was a lot of long black hair floating in the pool that kept getting on us. I wasn't happy that our shower wasn't enclosed & flooded the bathroom every time the shower was used. There was mold in the shower, the drain cap was not connected & the shower didn't drain properly. I brought these issues to the manager multiple times & nothing was ever done. My husband & I slipped on the drain cap almost falling multiple times."
