"Great location to explore Capitol Reef from. We didn't hang out in the house that much but it was cozy when we did. Plenty of space for a family of five. We weren't able to get the lower shower to work, but with two other showers it wasn't a problem. And did run through the hot water one day after returning from hiking with 5 showers right in a row. Minor issues overall and we had a great stay. "

"The home was clean and nice for our extended family. We all liked the beauty of the area. The kitchen was supplied with almost everything. Some serving spoons would have been nice but everything else was there. Some of the beds were older with springs and were hard. But we would stay again. The separate bathrooms for every bedroom was a real plus. Capital Red was beautiful and it was a short drive there. "
