"The location was perfect, walking distance to all the main landmarks, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with lots of little added extras, including a fridge which is always useful, including daily refreshed bottles of water. A complimentary little bottle of Prosecco was a really lovely touch, and much appreciated. But the best thing was the staff - so friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough, and always with a smile. They suggested a couple of wonderful tapas bars, which I would highly recommend. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. If I manage to get back to Seville, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else."

"Excellent place to say, right in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Excellent staff who were always at hand to assist. We had a little issue with the first room, but they promptly changed it for us. Also, helped arrange a taxi to the airport after check out. Much appreciated."

"Excellent hotel, from the moment we walked in we were impressed, to our a high end bakery and coffee bar, reaching reception chilled lemon water and cava and selection of sweets were available just what we needed after travelling, The reception was a pleasant experience very helpful. Our room which we had chosen an upgrade met all our expectations, quality furnishings throughout. One small niggle was the coffee pod selection one regular and one decaf per day, they had loads at the coffee area in the first floor which I thought was great but didn’t feel like I should have to swipe for my room. "

Nice area to relax by the pool before heading out for the day. The hotel was central for everywhere & if needed transport links were very good. Staff were very pleasant & helpful"

"Yes the whole hotel was spotless and clean Breakfast was excellent !!. The only minor problem which I can mention is the noise and shouting made by the guests in the common area while waiting for their taxis etc. Obviously something beyond the hotel management. The hotel is also well positioned . All the salient points of Seville are all within a walking distance."
