"Great location--to the right as you walk out of the station (look out for the bikes!) If you're driving it's a bit trickier but there's a safe approach coming from the opposite direction from the station. Everything was great about the hotel. The shower door was sticky, that's about it."

"The air conditioning was fantastic! It froze us with outside temperatures above 33. Aileen at the front desk was extremely helpful. The apartment was very spacious. Great location. NOTHING negative to say."

"I understand why this hotel has the received top ratings. My room was large, very clean and soundproof. They provide you with robes and slippers. I love how they also give you 2 vanity kits and provide hand soap, shower gel and hair conditioner. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal. The only criticism I have is that the view out of my room was not very nice but again I did not sit outside since it was too hot. I would recommend replacing the outdoor chairs on my balcony as they looked dirty and weathered. The hotel is perfectly located close to the train station and all of the venues that most people visit. Plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Parma."
