Alojamiento encantador

Encuentro que El Refugio ha mejorado en cuanto a comodidad (colchones y almohadas) y detalles en la sala común. La cocina como siempre, muy buena. Para mí ya es un lugar al que ir a disfrutar de la cumbre de la isla.

Extremt svårt att checka in på internet. Kallt rum i mars, tunna filtar i stället för rejäla täcken. Hårda madrasser. Vackra omgivningar enda merit.

La verdad es que le pondría un 10 por la amabilidad de todo el personal, el desayuno que aunque no es muy variado pero es de calidad, las cenas son estupendadas, la sala común, el jardín y la piscina son muy agradables, el entorno es maravilloso, la limpieza exquisita... pero el colchón es incómodo y hay muchos comentarios sobre ello como para hacerles caso ya que el descanso es fundamental.

Zuerst hätten wir eine Mindestdauer von 2 Nächten buchen müssen, was aber ein paar Tage vor dem Reisedatum zum Glück auf 1 Nacht reduziert wurde. Zum Glück! Denn die (benötigte) Heizung war kaputt und das Bett sehr unbequem. So unbequem, dass einer von uns beiden in der Bibliothek übernachtet hat. Der andere von uns ist im äußerst hellhörigen Zimmer geblieben und hat immerhin ein paar Stunden länger geschlafen. Die Bibliothek war eigentlich echt super, weil man von dort aus auf beide Meerseiten blicken kann. Auch die kleine Kaffeeecke und die rustikale Zimmereinrichtung waren OK. Uncool war auch, dass das kleine Schwimmbad im April noch nicht benutzbar war, und die Betreiber des Restaurants erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen gesagt haben, dass es nur das Tagesmenü zum Essen gibt.

Fazit: Tun Sie sich selbst einen Gefallen und suchen Sie sich ein anderes Hotel aus! Die Realität entspricht leider überhaupt nicht den schönen Bildern im Internet. Das ganze Hotel ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und Bedarf dringend einer Sanierung. Die Zimmer sind klein und sehr hellhörig, die Möbel abgewohnt, die Betten durchgelegen und unbequem, überall kommen Ameisen aus den Fugen (bei uns sogar bis in die Rucksäcke). Die alten Holzfenster lassen sich nicht vernünftig öffnen und schließen. Klimaanlage war defekt. Die Badezimmer sind winzig und die Dusche hat keinen vernünftigen Spritzschutz und läuft nicht richtig ab, sodass man jedes Mal das ganze Badezimmer flutet und wenn man Pech hat auch das Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig. Die Gemeinschaftsräume wirken ebenfalls nicht einladend. Das Frühstück ist miserabel (Auswahl, Qualität und Service) und ist eher wie in einer Jugendherberge/Hostel als in einem 3-Sterne-Hotel. Abendessen für 20/25€ pro Person zzgl. Getränke haben wir daher vorsichtshalber gar nicht erst ausprobiert. Allein wegen des Hotels sollten sie sich lieber einen anderen Standort als „Cruz de Tejeda“ aussuchen, wie etwa Tejeda oder Artenara. Hinzu kommen, dass es nur ein Restaurant gibt und die Küche dort meist schon um 16 Uhr spätestens aber um 17 Uhr schließt und wenn Sie Pech mit dem Wetter haben (was zumindest im Winter sehr häufig der Fall ist), Cruz de Tejeda den ganzen Tag in dicken Wolken steckt, es stürmt und regnet.

Très bien pour la randonnée

Établissement très bien situé pour les amoureux de la randonnée. Confort spartiate mais l'essentiel est là.Un grand salon où un micro onde serait le bienvenu à côté de la bouilloire et de la cafetière. C'est notre 2ème séjour.

Spent one night here whilst driving up through the mountains which was a scary experience.The hotel was good enough for one night and served its purpose.The restaurant was not open so we thought we would eat at the cafe/bar/restaurant next door to the hotel only to find that they closed at 17.30.We then booked a table at the hotel opposite and found the food inedible so we returned it and refused to pay.Don’t go to this restaurant.!

Buen sitio para una escapada

Hotel recomendable para una escapada corta. Entorno agradable, instalaciones limpias. Buen servicio en general. Lo único malo fue el resto de clientes que se alojaban, irresponsables que no respetan las medidas básicas de seguridad ante el Covid, como el uso de las mascarillas en zonas comunes.

El hotel es bonito , solole falta un poco de limpieza ya que cuando fui ,la persona encargada de la limpieza lo habia dejado , en cuanto al servicio no tiene cocina el desayuno es un poco escaso para lo que se paga . La amabilidad y el cariño inmejorable .yo creo que eztarian pasando pir un mal momento por ezo doy la pyntuacio. De la lumpieza
