The Neighborhood:
The apartment is right by the beautiful Acadia Beach (adjacent to Dan Accadia Hotel)! Great restaurants and cafés are within walking distance away. A 5-10 minute drive will take you to shopping malls, the marina, and Herzliya's train station, and in 20-25 minutes you're in Tel-Aviv's center. This area is one of Israel's most prestigious and sought-after locations, called Herzliya Pituah, where you enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying close to the center of attention.

Getting Around:
The apartment offers a private parking spot in the building's underground lot, a rare convenience for beachfront properties in Israel. Paid street parking and nearby parking lots are also available. Bus stations, just a 5-8 minute walk away, provide easy access to lines heading to Herzliya's train station in about 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
📌 Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 17% VAT, not included in the listed price. Non-Israeli citizens must provide a photo of the B2 stay permit issued at passport control at the airport to avoid VAT. Check-in instructions will be provided only after VAT payment or submission of the B2 slip.

* Late check-out on Saturday (at Motzei Shabbat) is possible for an additional fee.
* The swimming pool is closed between October 2024 - April 2025.

House Rules:
* We do not host groups of friends.
* Smoking and loud music are strictly prohibited.
* On the day of arrival, it's NOT possible to enter the swimming pool before check-in time.
* On the day of departure, it's NOT possible to stay at the swimming pool after check-out time.
