Only 4 kilometres from the beach of Melenara, 20 minutes by car from the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and also 20 minutes by car from the tourist area of Maspalomas.

The area has a multitude of services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and only a few minutes drive from large shopping centres.

Our flat has a nicely decorated living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a magnificent and cosy bedroom with access to a small patio.

In addition to the comfortable bed in the bedroom, the flat has a sofa-bed which can perfectly sleep 2 more people, thus offering a capacity for 4 people.
