Located just across from a beach with waves suitable for both beginner and intermediate surfers (depending on the left or right break), the apartment is only 12 minutes from the airport yet completely free of noise. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, and the beach is just a 3-minute walk down the alley to the right of the house.

Enjoy your stay in this cosy 100 m² home located on the upper floor of a detached house, completely separate and soundproofed for your comfort. With capacity for 5 guests, the property offers 2 bright bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed.

One of the highlights is the spacious 45 m² terrace with panoramic sea views overlooking Playa del Hombre, a beach beloved by surf enthusiasts. It's the perfect spot for breakfast with a view, reading a good book, or soaking up the sun.

The house also features newly installed solar power, allowing it to operate more sustainably. By choosing this accommodation, you help support ecological practices and contribute to a more sustainable Canary Islands while still enjoying full, unlimited reliability thanks to the home’s connection to the general electricity grid in case of limited solar energy production or during the night.
