"Check in was not smooth or efficient. Having to wait for a room to be ready, after 3pm is not what I expected at a Lowe's. I had to request three times and finally a manager, Charles, was kind enough to put me on a lower floor than what I had paid for so I could get into a room. Not optimal, but come on, waiting until the very last minute (4pm) was not comfortable for me when arriving at 2pm. The lighting in the rooms is the very dark, antique yellow lighting- important if someone is there on business and wants to work at night- not the greatest for getting work done. The gym is outstanding- absolutely fantastic. Food from In Room Dining was also great- fresh Cesar salad, salmon, wonderful chicken noodle soup."

"My only complaint was that I paid an extra $10 for a 3pm check in but received a code with a text saying it would work after 4pm. I was at a conference and opted to wait until close to 4pm to make my way to the location to avoid any problems. The trip was 3 subway stops including a transfer and a half mile walk so I didn't want to risk it. Also, my tub didn't have a drain stopper so I couldn't use the tub my first night. Otherwise the management team was very responsive and helpful."

"Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom clean, but was very small. Room amenities (hair dryer, coffee maker, small refrigerator, etc.) were good. One day our towels were removed and never replaced, but a call to the front desk rectified that quickly. Hotel is a couple of blocks from the Marta station making getting around fairly easy. All in all a good experience."
