This property, although close to others, is very cozy and peaceful. The smaller cabin format makes this a perfect place for couples to get away and enjoy the bliss of the tellico river.
This is a great cabin in a wonderful location. Our family of five (3 littles) fit wonderfully. Green Cove is a wonderful place full of friendly people. Only complaint and it’s just due to us having a one year old the spindles on the front porch are set a little far apart, so he could have easily fallen through without proper supervision. Overall it’s a great place to stay!
Awesome place with river next door. Water falls just down the road. Away from stress.
However still waiting on our 150.00 deposit back.

Distances deceiving
Very nice and tidy cabin near the beautiful Tellico River, however the distance given to Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest is accurate only for crows in flight. In a car it takes more than an hour. Similar for Hiwassee Lake.
I travel a great deal and Eric's place is absolutely one of the best in which we have stayed. We found everything as advertised and very clean. Communications with the owner were exceptional. Highly recommend and we plan to stay again in the near future.
Very clean cabin inside and out, nested in the Cherokee/Nantahala Forrest off of river road (Tellico river) great location, sitting between the hatchery and bald river falls, if you're a sportsman looking for a lace to stay while hunting or fishing, hiking, creeking, or if you enjoy riding, there is something for you within a few miles. Eric the property owner is fast to respond and was a pleasure to do business with. Will be back for certain.
Had a great weekend stay in this cabin. Great location for hiking nearby trails, swimming in the waterfalls, and whitewater rafting. It was very peaceful at night with the sound of the river flowing by. The cabin was very clean, had all kitchen utensils/supplies you could need, and also had shampoo and soap. There was no cell service/WiFi In the area, which was a nice escape, so you might want to bring a physical map to navigate to nearby attractions. Note to bring charcoal for the grill.
The cabin looks to be pretty new, it was very clean. Communication with the owner was seamless. The only drawback is that you are in a "tiny house" community and the water is not only across the street but across private property as well. Not a deal breaker but kinda disappointing that my 8 year old couldn't access the river without walking a good ways down the street.
Great little cabin in a secluded community. Everything was very nice inside and the only struggle was finding it inside the Forest in the dark. Highly suggest getting there with plenty of daylight as it is back off the main road a little bit and no real street signs once your in Green Cove. Would love to stay here in there future.
