"Very cute little cabin very close to the downtown area in Tellico. There is a double bed that was comfortable and a loft that you have to climb a ladder to get up in. It has 2 twin mattresses that would be good for elementary age kids and up. The kitchen is very small but had a Keurig and a small coffee pot (with coffee, filters, k-cups and tea bags provided). The refrigerator is a mini. The hosts were very accommodating and were located in the house across the yard if we needed anything."

"The cabin is easy to find and quiet even though it’s on popular Cherohala Skyway. The Iron Works restaurant is an easy walk to grab a meal. The beds were comfortable and having three full bathrooms (one for each adult couple) was a huge plus. Oddly though, there were men’s clothes in the main bedroom closet and only a partial roll of tp in each bathroom. None of the bathrooms had toiletries other than hand soap and the hairdryer only worked on the low setting. Thankfully I remembered to pack my own. The dishwasher was broken and even though the host was responsive, he and his property manager weren’t able to fix it during our stay. The interior of the home was clean except for the stove, the face of which had a thick coating of grease. We could only get one burner to light. The kitchen has a beverage cooler, a nice bonus that we used to chill our bottled water. The exterior of the cabin is suffering from lack of maintenance. The picture window was streaked with what appeared to be bird doo, the deck was in desperate need of a deep power wash and the deck furniture was mismatched and outdated. There was no shade on the deck and the grill was dirty. The interior of the cabin is cozy, and parking was underneath because the cabin is elevated. Overall our weekend stay was comfortable though we were disappointed that routine maintenance appears to have been neglected."

"The home was as adorable as the pics and well equipped with all we needed plus a few extras. It’s just a couple blocks from great shopping and dining in town. I don’t recommend having anyone sleep on the couch as there were no window coverings for privacy and the lights from town are bright. So I truly think this home only sleeps 4, which makes it pricey. Also, the outdoor area was so cute but there were lots of ants everywhere. Overall we had a great stay!"
