Tellico River

I booked through Expedia. When I signed on through the Mgm website to look at my reservation and check in, I was offered an upgrade and a certain amount charged per night for this upgrade, when I checked out, i was told the nightly rate was over 250 a night and because I booked through third party expedia I couldn’t see real price and they couldn’t do anything about it. Service was terrible when I called front desk the lady made me feel like I was lying about what I saw online and if I had proof to confirm the real price I thought I would be charged. The room was subpar. Not as great as the pictures, not really a studio. Not worth the price. Bathroom toilet was old and was missing the hinge covers. Loved this casino but not the stay when I am a local and was trying to have my friends from out of town have a great experience. My mgm parking rewards never worked when I tried to use it.

Room was clean and housekeeping was staff friendly. Windows were dirty ( dust and water residue built up) for the beautiful mountain view we had. Curtains (shear & curtain) were glitching in opening and closing. Hotel Lobby staff was great!
