Nice room with convenience stores nearby, but further walk from the river but enjoyed the walk each day. Quiet area with minimal city noise. Staff was receptive and stored our bags as we arrived early.

Diana Monteiro really went above & beyond by making our hotel room a priority for cleaning to check-in early. I literally booked the hotel same day arrival into Porto. She even wished me a happy birthday and arranged a very thoughtful note and brownies wishing me happy birthday. The hotel was always so clean, smelled nice, safe, quiet, unbeatable location to shopping, cafes, restaurants, all staff so friendly. Loved the pool!
