The service at this hotel was unparallel. I needed a medication and they sent a driver to the pharmacy to pick it up and bring it back to the hotel. I also needed hiking boots and they went to a hiking shoe store bought me my size got them on sale and brought them to the hotel. I’ve never experienced ...

Paredes Hotel Apartamento
Hotel needs a serious upgrade / revamp, walls dirty and carpets worn and dirty. Couch in room dirty; horrible mattresses and pillows; hair in beds; carpet stained, worn and dirty; walls marked and scuffed; kitchenette terrible - taps and sink dirty, extractor oily and smelly. Douro Villa w/private access to the Douro River
Beautiful property. Very remote but we were happy with that! The children loved the pool area. Host were very good at communicating. Really well equiped kitchen. Would highly recommend hiring a chef if you wanted a special meal instead of dining out.
