"Parking is $40 per night, with no other options. Parking card didn’t work, so had to call HELP each time entering the parking garage. Staff signing us in was rude and acted like she hated doing her job. The refrigerator didn’t work. The phone wouldn’t call the front desk. I had to call from my phone to order towels and have the trash removed because housekeeping didn’t show up once during a 4 day/3 night stay. The room was filthy. Our socks were black from walking around the room. The mattresses and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed sheets were even pulled tight to the corners of the bed. Couldn’t get them to stay on the mattress. A/C sounded like a locomotive! The ONLY time we were able to enjoy ourselves was at the pool, once we walked through the restaurant and bar in our swimsuits to get to it!"
