Accommodations for up to 7 guests in this 3 bedroom 2 full bath layout. Two large bedrooms with KING sized beds in each, and room with bunk beds. New AC 2025! Hear the crash of the ocean and enjoy awesome views of the Gulf from multiple decks. (Up to 2 pets are allowed for only $75).Walkover right by unit! High Speed Wifi.



Guest Access:

Whole condo is for your use. A public walkover is right next to this end unit condo, so literally just a walkover and u are toes in the sand! Easy self check in with lockbox by door.



The Neighborhood:

So much to do and you are just steps away! Can make campfires on the beach, or drive on the beach with day permit. We like to walk to an amazing restaurant called Beachfront Bar and Grill. Or heck stay put and just walk out on the deck right off the living room and you’ll never want to leave :)



Getting Around:

Covered Parking for one vehicle right below condo. Additional uncovered parking available too.



Other Things to Note:

Bring Bottled Water to drink as all of Surfside has bad drinking water in my opinion.
