"Workman were working on the roof and at times it was loud. That was the only negative. The room was a decent size, the bed very comfortable and bathroom was of adequate size. The food was very good. We tried several restaurants in area and all were satisfactory. The best thing was, we were able to walk to everything we could have needed. Finally, the staff was very friendly and worked hard to please everyone. They deserve special praise for making us feel welcome and comfortable."

"We stated in different lodgings over the week, this was my husband’s favorite. It was a tiny bungalow in the woods, , space for the queen bed and little table with 2 chairs. It’s located next to the canyon, also has a nice gift shop/ coffee shop and restaurant. Aside from being comfortable, a benefit to stay here is proximity/ convenient to the canyon. I’d recommend this hike. It’s a decent length, paved, not steep and beautiful."

"The best things about this accommodation were the epic views and the in-room fireplace. It’s beautiful and has lots of rustic charm. The food on-site was good and the service was excellent. As others have noted, the off-site parking is a little bit inconvenient."
