I was careful to ask for a handicapped room with pull bars and walk in shower. I’m on a wheelchair so that’s very important. 1st night all they had was a standard room . I had already paid and done in advance. It was unacceptable. Moved the 2nd night pull bars but not a walk in shower as promised. ...
