"The room was nice and bed very comfortable. The bathroom was super clean. The staff were friendly, nice & welcoming. The only issue was the smell of cigarettes upon arrival in the lobby of the hotel. Also the breakfast station ran out of food and we had to wait more than 15mins for food to be refilled. "

"I was careful to ask for a handicapped room with pull bars and walk in shower. I’m on a wheelchair so that’s very important. 1st night all they had was a standard room . I had already paid and done in advance. It was unacceptable. Moved the 2nd night pull bars but not a walk in shower as promised. Bed was terrible. We checked out before the last night. Unreal the lack of care and attention. I will never stay in this brand hotel again."
