"The stay was not complete front desk couldn’t except method of deposit payment and I had no money or alternate card to use so I left"

"If I could rate a "0", I would. Booked two last minute rooms for myself and an employee. Checked in around 9pm and went directly to our rooms. As soon as I opened door several roaches scrambled as light turned on. My employees room reeked of cigarettes (in a "non smoking" facility). Went directly back to front desk and asked for a refund. Staff said that she could not issue a refund since room was booked through Expedia, and called her manager to explain the situation. Manager stated that they would issue a refund the next morning. I asked for a email conformation (or some proof of above conversation) and they "weren't able to do that". I messaged with a Expedia agent explaining the situation the same night, they said they would reach out to Extended Stay Lithia Springs in the morning to get everything figured out. The next day I get an email from Expedia stating "After multiple attempts to contact the property on your behalf, we were unable to obtain approval for a waiver. Based on this, the original cancellation policy will apply.". Will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay America again in my life. I honestly do not know how they have good reviews. Aside from that, the lobby wasn't very clean and had a terrible smell that I cant explain. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS!"

"Hazarded Floor, loose flooring with buckles causing a fall. "

"Pool was closed so cant really say much about the pool. Hotel seemed kind of run down but the staff were helpful while there. We did run into an issue during the night and tried to call the desk but it rang once and hung up each time. Parking was kind of an issue because the hotel shared space with a bar so people going to the bar were using the hotel parking. Area didnt seem like a really safe area as both nights we were here there was a guy who on the first night was dressed only missing sneakers who kept coming up to us asking for money and cigarettes and the second night was half dressed and kept coming up to us and bar patrons asking for money and cigarettes and wouldn't leave until bar security came outside. The toilet was running the whole time we were here and the room it's self seemed like it could use some updating. One of the lights in the bathroom area was also cracked and not working."

"Our room was in great order, super clean and even had an extra blanket and pillow available. We had everything we could need, including a wet sink by the kitchen area. We highly recommend this hotel! Great staff, breakfast and close to Six Flags! "
