"The key to our room didn't work and it took the check-in staff 45 minutes to help us get in our room. Also, when we got in our room, we were told that our key still didn't work and to just stay in our room until the next day."

"We attended a wedding nearby and only stayed one night so I can only speak to the quality of the room and the staff. The exterior of the hotel is lovely, with a Tuscan vibe. There were free yellow bikes out front that anybody could use to either ride on their own or ride in tandem with another. I thought it was a nice touch, but we didn't have time to use them. The room was clean, the beds were a little too soft for our taste, but it was fine overall. Still, I don't think it was worth $600 for the night. I would have preferred more modern furniture and finishings in the room. It seemed a bit fusty, even if they're going for a Tuscan vibe. What really shined is their customer service. I had to make a change to the reservation I booked through a Hotels. com but it was incredibly difficult to get any cooperation from that site. Conversely, I spoke to at least five different people at Allegretto to resolve this and they were so attentive, even calling me back to update me on the situation. I felt like they really wanted to get the best outcome for me and eventually, they did. No thanks to Hotels.com, which I'll never use again."

"We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again, the only concern I had was the coffee maker in the room. When adding water in the machine, it was really dirty and was unable to drink it. I did mentioned this concern to the front desk at checkout and they apologized and said they would address this to housekeeping. All staff that I was encountered with was very friendly and welcoming."
