Located on Chichagof Island in Southeast Alaska, with ocean and mountain views, this cozy remodeled home has 5 beds to comfortably sleep 6 people. Keep an eye out for seals, sea lions, orcas or humpback whales cruising the inlet. Watch as bald eagles and great blue herons hunt for food at the water’s edge. Out the back windows you might catch deer grazing, or spot the occasional bear snitching berries. Enjoy hiking the trails, or skirt the edge of the beach at low tide where shore crabs, sculpins, sea stars and anemones hide out. Tenakee's Hot Springs Bath is right across the street. This home away from home has a shower, washer and dryer. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas oven/range, dinnerware, and kitchen supplies including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fryer.
